Building High-performing Teams

Want to get the best out of your employees? This workshop will help you create a culture of psychological safety and to understand different ways of thinking.

Description

Today’s business leaders are called upon to wear multiple hats – running sustainable business practices, remaining realistic and optimistic about the future, being agile enough to jump on opportunities as they arise, while caring for their own and others' wellbeing in an engaged workplace culture. It’s a tall order.

With a special focus on how different thinking styles contribute to workplace success, this session provides the knowledge and tools to help you create an environment where every employee can perform at their best.

Join us for our latest Navigating Business Change half-day workshop with global expert Suran Dickson to unlock your team's full potential to drive productivity and innovation.

With the support of our Strategic Partners, the Navigating Business Change series empowers business leaders to share their experiences, explore challenges, and uncover new opportunities for growth and success.

What Learners Have Said

I have done a lot of training over the years, both personally and professionally, and I don't fear 'looking myself in the face', but this course gave me great new ways to get the best from my team.

Now, I’ve been around and done many, many workshops, all over the world. But the inclusion workshop with Suran Dickson was my favourite ever!

I really got a lot out of it, which I think came down to the topics, but especially Suran.

She nailed it! Five stars!
