Anne Jordan – Kaha Mna

Originating from the captivating west coast of Ireland, Anne embarked on a transformative journey to New Zealand in 2018, following a sojourn through the UK that spanned several years. The decision to relocate proved to be one filled with absolute contentment.

Anne possesses an unwavering passion for Health and Wellbeing, guiding her professional journey through the intricate landscape of Human Resources. Armed with an HR qualification acquired some time ago, she explored various specializations, including recruitment and employment law, before finding her true calling in the sphere of health and wellbeing—with a bit of back-and-forth in between!

Over the past two decades (yes, a remarkable two decades!), Anne has been at the helm of her own Health and Wellness business. The twin passions of people and wellbeing have consistently driven her endeavors, and any pursuit that intertwines these elements brings her immense joy.

In recent years, Anne's focus has shifted towards menopause. She is dedicated to collaborating with both individuals and organizations to foster a deeper comprehension of menopause and explore avenues to facilitate this transitional phase.

Anne's business, Kaha Mna, draws inspiration from Maori and Irish, with "Kaha" signifying strength in Maori and "Mna" representing Woman in Irish—a harmonious blend of her two homelands.
