Terms and Conditions

*It’s important to advise us if you wish to cancel or transfer your registration from a training session as soon as possible. *

  1. By registering for sessions will be taken as acceptance that your image, name, or voice may be included in a recording for internal content and quality purposes.
  2. Cancellations for full refund must be advised in writing at least 10 full working days prior to the date of the course, otherwise full fees will be payable.
  3. Please email trainings@cecc.org.nz or phone (03) 366 5096 as soon as possible if you are unable to attend the course or event you have registered for.
  4. All cancellation requests may incur an administration fee.
  5. If we do not receive a cancellation notice or if a participant fails to show on the day, full fees will be payable.
  6. Requests to transfer to a later course can be made, subject to availability and approval, at least 5 working days prior to the original course date.
  7. Business Canterbury is happy to accommodate transfers to alternative dates or times of the selected course but may incur administrative fees.
  8. A replacement participant is welcome prior to the course commencing at no additional cost. Please provide us with the details at least one working day prior to the course commencing.

Minimum course numbers

Should a course fail to attract the minimum number of participants; we reserve the right to cancel. In such circumstances we offer the following alternative arrangements at the time of cancellation; If no suitable alternative, a full refund will be provided: a) Transfer to the next available course within the region or b) Alternative online options for delivery where available and appropriate, given the content and style of training.
