Request to transfer or cancel your registration.

It’s important to advise us if you wish to cancel or transfer your registration from a training session as soon as possible.

  • To cancel or transfer** five days or more out from workshop**: Learners are able to cancel or transfer their attendance online five or more days out from their training course. Details on how to do this can be found in your course confirmation email.
  • To cancel or transfer within five days of the workshop: Learners are not able to self cancel or transfer their attendance less than five days out from the course. However we do welcome replacement participants. * Please contact us directly at training@cecc.org.nz to discuss or individual circumstance. If the learner is unwell or needing to isolate we will seek to find an alternative workshop date or delivery.* To cancel or transfer within five days of the workshop: Learners are not able to self cancel or transfer their attendance less than five days out from the course. Minimum course numbers

  • Should a course fail to attract the minimum number of participants; we reserve the right to cancel five or more days out from the workshop date. In such circumstances we offer the following alternative arrangements at the time of cancellation: Refund or transfer to the next available course or Alternative online options for delivery where available and appropriate, given the content and style of training.

Training under the Red Traffic Light Setting.

Our training will continue to operate under the red setting, and will follow the same health and safety protocols under all levels of the traffic light system, whereby learners are:

  • Asked to wear a mask when outside of the training room (and encouraged to do so in the classroom) and observe social distancing
  • Encouraged to sanitise regularly. Hand sanitiser is available inside and outside of the training rooms. Required to stay away if unwell, or are required to isolate.
