Terms and Conditions
*It’s important to advise us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or transfer your registration from a course.
- By registering for a session, you agree that your image, name and/or voice may be included in any recording made for internal content and quality purposes.
- All cancellation and transfer requests must be made in writing. Please email training@businesscanterbury.co.nz as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a course you are registered for. If you notify us by phone on 0800 50 50 96, your request must still be confirmed by email.
- Cancellations notified in writing at least 10 full working days before the course date will receive a full refund.
- Requests to transfer to a later course can be made at least 10 full working days prior to the orginal course date.
- Cancellations or requests to transfer a registration within 10 full working days before the course date, but more than 24 hours before the course start time, may be approved at our discretion and will incur a $150 administration fee.
- Cancellations or requests to transfer within 24 hours of the course start time, full course fees will be payable.
- If a participant fails to show on the day, full fees will be payable.
- Any requests to transfer will be limited to one transfer per registration, and subject to availability and approval. The alternative course date must be confirmed at the time the transfer request is made and is subject to availability.
- Replacement participant requests can be made up to 24 hours before the course start time, provided full participant details are supplied at least 24 hours before the course begins. Any replacement participant requests made within 24 hours will incur a $150 administration fee.
Minimum course numbers
Should a course fail to attract the minimum number of participants; we reserve the right to cancel. In such circumstances we offer the following alternative arrangements at the time of cancellation; If no suitable alternative, a full refund will be provided: a) Transfer to the next available course within the region or b) Alternative online options for delivery where available and appropriate, given the content and style of training.
