Conflict exists in some form in all workplaces, and whilst healthy disagreement can be useful conflict is often not, and failing to handle conflict early has negative impacts and can create an entirely new spin-off of difficult issues such as deterioration of trust and broken working relationships.
This full day essential learning experience will teach you how to unearth the root cause of conflict, deal with it positively by pre-empting the ways in which others react, manage emotions, employ proven tactics to de-escalate the situation, and engage in respectful dialogue to reach a collaborative solutions.
