Advanced Leadership Skills
For Executives and Senior Leaders, entrepreneurs, managers and Team leads, HR Professionals and Coaches. Through 5 half day sessions to transform how you lead and connect with others.
Description
In today’s fast-paced and interconnected world, leadership demands more than just technical skills and strategic thinking. Emotional intelligence (EQ) has emerged as a critical quality for leaders, enabling them to navigate the complexities of modern workplaces.
EQ refers to the ability to understand and manage one's emotions while effectively recognising and influencing the emotions of others.
For leaders, high EQ is vital because it fosters better communication, stronger relationships, and more effective conflict resolution. As teams grow more diverse and workplace challenges become increasingly dynamic, leaders with strong emotional intelligence are better equipped to inspire trust, adapt to change, and create inclusive environments where individuals thrive.
In a time when traditional hierarchies are giving way to collaborative cultures, EQ is no longer just an asset—it’s a necessity for leadership success.
