Through scenario-based activities, role-playing, and reflective discussions, attendees will develop the skills to communicate with clarity, assertiveness, and positive intent.

- Identify different communication styles based on four personality types and apply strategies to adapt effectively.
- Develop structured approaches for transitioning conversations from greetings to meaningful discussions.
- Implement techniques to manage emotions—both their own and others’—to maintain control and professionalism.
- Apply a framework to steer conversations back on track when facing resistance or difficult behaviours.
