With a goal to develop your in-house expertise, Culture by Design takes an industry-led (not theory-led) approach using simple and practical systems and tools - always with your uniqueness in mind.
Learn from one of Culture by Designs' Executive Directors;
Marie started her career in sales before spending a good 15 years in a variety of human resources, OD and leadership roles prior to beginning Culture by Design. This gave her the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience working with workplace cultures around the globe and in both the private and public sectors, lighting a fire under her to find better solutions for organisations struggling to navigate the complexity of workplace culture development.
With degrees from the University of Canterbury (BCom) and Massey University (BBS with 1st class honours) and a range of accreditations, she has the qualifications to support her work, but always favours real-world practicality over theory when it comes to what actually works in organisations.
