You’ll work through how personal goals align with business planning, explore ways to improve profit and value, and gain visibility over the organisational and governance elements that contribute to long-term financial sustainability.  

The session also touches on organisational structures, financial system visibility, risk planning, and environmental considerations — helping you see the bigger picture and build resilience without unnecessary complexity.
