1. Requirements Gathering

Simply fill out this form. All we need at this stage is your contact information, what you would like to achieve with the training/issues you'd like to solve, potential timeframe for delivery and the topic you are interested in.

2. Assessment Completed

We will arrange a quick meeting to discuss your needs further and the goal/outcome of the training. When we have a clear idea of what you require, we will suggest the most appropriate workshop/s, then set up a meeting with the workshop facilitator to discuss content customisation. The aim of this meeting is to make sure you get the outcomes you require, we will also talk dates, logistics, attendee numbers etc.,

3. Solution Delivery

Once all the details are confirmed, the preparation for your workshop will start, we will bring everything to you and deliver the workshop as agreed.

Note - if you do not have a suitable on-site location for the workshop to be delivered, we have rooms available for hire.

4. Review outcomes - optional

To measure the effectiveness of the workshop, Business Canterbury, with your input, can tailor a post-workshop survey to evaluate the workshop. You will receive a comprehensive result report within 2 weeks of the workshop.

If you would like long-term uptake support, we can discuss this during the assessment.

2. What's the minimum number for an in-house workshop?

Ideally, 8 attendees will be a great number for workshop activities and more cost-effective for you, but we have delivered course for smaller groups before, so everything is possible.

3. What if we don't have a suitable training space to use?

No problem, we have the spaces perfect for courses, which might occur a cost for venue hire.

4. Can we have modular training sessions?

Absolutely. There will be a discounted price for booking multiple sessions at once.
