Private Workshop Information

When: You decide, working with the facilitator to find a date & time that works.

Location: Your premises, a location of your choice, or our our Business Canterbury purpose-built spaces are available for hire.

Format: Standard Half day or full day workshop format for up to 20 people.

Pricing: From $3,175 +GST (non-member rates, and additional costs may apply)

How does it work?

Business Canterbury will: ✓ Deliver a high-quality, business-centric workshop. ✓ Provide highly skilled, experienced facilitators. ✓ Supply all workshop materials. ✓ Ensure workshop content aligns with proven frameworks and best practice for consistent, high‑impact learning.
The host (you) will
: ✓ Liaise with the facilitator to confirm a date & time for the workshop. ✓ Arrange an appropriate venue, and cover any associated costs (AV, catering) ✓ Confirm participant attendance. ✓ Confirm on-site workshop logistics and health & safety requirements ✓ Cover any travel costs for the facilitator, if outside of Christchurch.

1. What's the maximum number of participants for an in-house workshop?

You can include up to 20 participants in a private workshop which is be a great number for learning outcomes and more cost-effective for you, but we have delivered courses for all group sizes.

2. Do I need to have date to lock in my private workshop?

To make the booking process as smooth and straightforward as possible, the date of your private workshop is locked in once you've signed up to your workshop. This helps reduce unnecessary back-and-forth and allows you to connect directly with the facilitator to arrange a date and time that works best for you, while also securing your place promptly.

3. What if we don't have a suitable training space to use?

No problem, our pupose-built function and workshop spaces are available for hire.

4. Can we book multiple training sessions?

Absolutely. There will be a discounted price for booking multiple workshops booked. Get in touch below to find out more.

5. What if we are located outside of Christchurch?

If you're not based in Christchurch we can absolutely help you with your private workshop. You can liaise directly with our experienced faciltator to organise and cover any travel costs, or consider running an online session.

6. Do I need to customise the private workshop?

We have built these workshops with our facilitators, tailoring the content to ensure the workshop reflects the current realities, trends, and challenges we’re seeing across our businesses. This means you get content that’s relevant and grounded—without paying for a fully customised build.
