Realise the power of learning for your people and business.
Learning and development is your secret weapon when it comes to staff retention, engagement, and performance, but with an overwhelming number of courses and resources available it can seem impossible for managers to select the right learning opportunity for their team members that aligns with the goals of both the learner and organisation.
Facilitated by Culture by Design this workshop is designed for anyone responsible for the development of others – including team leaders, supervisors, and senior leaders – wanting to understand how to realise the power of learning in business and maximise the return on investment from learning efforts and $$$ spent.
Understand how organisational learning can become a source of competitive advantage
Be able to properly identify learning needs and the right learning content and learning method to meet that need
Understand how to effectively support people through learning events (before, during and after the event) to significantly increase the transfer of that learning back to the workplace
Have a clear understanding of how return on investment in learning can be measured across time
With a goal to develop your in-house expertise, Culture by Design takes an industry-led (not theory-led) approach using simple and practical systems and tools - always with your uniqueness in mind.
