From senior managers, supervisors, health and safety reps, to production staff, Accident Investigation will move you away from blame to discover what actually causes accidents and incidents.

This full day course explores the importance of immediate and root causes of accidents in the workplace and their relevance to accident prevention, with a focus on how to develop a functional and effective accident reporting and investigation process for your workplace, to aid in reducing accident rates.
