Mental health affects every one of us but it’s a subject that can be tricky to navigate in the workplace. 

This course is for anyone who manages or is responsible for people.  It gives you the understanding, tools and real-life action plan so you have the confidence to have conversations around mental health and actively support and manage your team – and your organisation – to ensure a healthy workforce and workplace.
