Mental health affects every one of us but it’s a subject that can be tricky to navigate in the workplace. 

This course is for anyone who manages or is responsible for people.  It gives you the understanding, tools and real-life action plan so you have the confidence to have conversations around mental health and actively support and manage your team – and your organisation – to ensure a healthy workforce and workplace.

  • Learn how to manage mental health within your team and your business.  
  • Gain a greater understanding of mental health and mental illness, how to identify the early signs and how to address and manage it in a way that’s safe, responsible and good for your staff, the wider team and the business.
  • Use real-life examples to gain an understanding of what your obligations are as a manager, supervisor or employer and how to meet those obligations while balancing personal and business outcomes.
  • Working with our experienced facilitator, you will end the day with an action plan developed just for you and your business, which outlines how to manage a situation when it does arrive and what external support is available for you, your employees and your business.
